Kaye Homes presents first annual Tour de Kaye
Naples, Florida (May 14, 2007) -- Homebuilder and real estate company Kaye Homes will feature 23 of their newly completed model residences during Tour de Kaye – a viewing of one-of-a-kind furnished model and resale homes in Lee and Collier County. The community event will take place on Sunday, May 20, 2007 and includes a barbecue lunch at the Model Center at 910 Oakes Boulevard (at Vanderbilt Beach Road) from 11am-4pm. The displayed homes are the last Kaye homes permitted prior to the significant increase in impact fees.
Proceeds from Tour de Kaye will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation from donations at the barbecue – plus, for every house sold between May 20 and May 31, 2007, Kaye Homes will donate $500 towards the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
During Tour de Kaye, the company will launch their new Home Makeover division led by its award winning team. Professional representatives will be on location to help answer any questions and assist with home selection, financing, planning and design.
Kaye Homes will also honor their Employee Discount Program for homes purchased by May 31, 2007.
Guests will receive a ticket for every home they visit during Tour de Kaye and can then enter the drawing for a grand prize flat screen plasma TV and many other prizes. Parents are encouraged to bring their children to enjoy activities provided at the Oakes Model Center including a bounce house, face painting and clown.
