Speakers' Forum on the Homebuyers Market


BONITA SPRINGS, FL (June 22, 2007) – The first in a series of speakers’ forums focused on today’s home buying market in Southwest Florida will take place on Wednesday, June 27 from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bonita Springs YMCA, 27200 Kent Road, Bonita Springs.

The panel will be comprised of several guest speakers
including:

*Scott Lemon, Collier Insurance: The effects of recent legislation and how to protect your assets;

*A representative from the warranty firm HBW 2-10: How to attain peace of mind through homebuyers’ warranty insurance;

*Beth Kosmerl, Kaye Homes vice president of design and construction: Maximize home design based on your lifestyle and the expectations during the construction process;

*Richard Maunz, Kaye Homes land development manager: How to avoid the hidden costs of site development.

This will be an informative and open discussion with time available for questions and to schedule individual consultations.
