Satisfied Homeowners Salute Kaye Homes

Since it was founded in 1986, Kaye Homes has built more than 3,000 homes and has been showered with awards from the building industry and the public including being named “Best Builder” by the readers of the Naples Daily News for three consecutive years.

Although awards are appreciated as an acknowledgement of a “job well done”, it is the letters the company receives from happy homeowners that mean even more to Kaye Homes and its staff.

Lisa Bernhard, who just moved into her new house in Golden Gate Estates wrote, “The Kaye Homes’ team did a brilliant job designing and building my new home. I’m so pleased, I even had the front page of the blueprints for the house framed and it’s currently hanging on one of the walls.”

Bernard added the great service provided by Kaye continues.

“When you move into a new home there are always going to be a few glitches,” she said. “A quick phone call and they are here. They’ve been wonderful in accommodating me.”

Avram Susman, and his wife Ana, wrote to thank Stuart Kaye, the founder of Kaye Homes, about his positive experience with the company and singled out two employees involved in the construction of their new home.

“Our field manager could not have been any better at working with us to achieve our dream home,” said Susman.  “Communication and understanding of our needs were all met during this process. She is a fine representative of your company and we wish to thank her for her hard work and time.”

The letter continued, “Randy Lichtman, our new home counselor, met with us at all hours, weekdays and weekends to accommodate our schedule.  He helped explain the process, which made our goal to build a home an easy one to understand. By presenting the whole package of home site and floor plan, and the changes that Kaye Homes was willing to make, Randy truly made our task a simple one.”

The Susman’s letter concluded, “Ana and I wish to again thank you for this experience and would gladly recommend your company to anyone who wishes to build a fine home.”

Patricia Ackerman and her husband Ed Bernosky also wrote a letter to Stuart Kaye complimenting his team.

“We would like to commend the staff at Kaye Homes for all of their efforts in making this such an enjoyable experience,” said Ackerman.  “Each and every employee was so prompt in doing their specific job.  It was quite impressive.”

Ackerman gave direct praise to one of Kaye Homes’ project managers.

“He was undoubtedly one of the most helpful people we have ever encountered on a professional level,” wrote Ackerman.  “This young man had such nice manners, acted in such a professional way, was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us in any way he could.”

The letter concluded, “It has been a pleasure to have worked with your company and will certainly recommend Kaye Homes to anyone looking to build.”

Robert S. Berman wrote, “First and foremost, thank you and all your staff for the trouble-free progress that has been made in the construction of my new home.  I have not only heard all sorts of horror stories about building, but have lived through one of my own.  I can actually say that building with Kaye has been pleasurable.”

Berman added that he visited his home site nearly every day and has seen not only progress, but progress to his satisfaction thanks in part to Kaye Homes’ construction supervisor.

“I feel it safe to say that Bob who is supervising the project has a good grasp on coordinating your  trade partners.  Bob also does not hesitate to contact me with any answers to any questions I might have. In return for my satisfaction I daily recommend Kaye Homes and/or mention my on-going experience.”

Kaye Homes currently offers 30 different floorplans, the majority of which are priced from the $300s to the $800s.  Other homes are also available with prices ranging from the high-$100s to nearly $1 million and its custom home division builds homes up to $3 million.
