New Quality Assurance Software Release!
Frank Papola, named Quality Assurance Manager for Kaye Homes is responsible for the Customer Care (Warranty) division. He has installed a software program that helps track the progress of a buyer’s warranty and the progress of the trades. The entire customer’s experience is tracked from the time of contact to the end of the construction and throughout their warranty period and beyond. The software provides Frank and his team a systematic approach to customer satisfaction with quick response and constant tracking. Originally from New Jersey, Frank is a master craftsmen/cabinetmaker, and has a background in the construction of million dollar yachts. He is also an accomplished pianist and songwriter.
