Stuart Kaye wins Pacesetter award!

Stuart Kaye, president and CEO of Kaye Homes, a Naples based homebuilder since 1985, has just received the 2008 Custom Home Pacesetter Award for excellence in the Management category. The award is given annually to the custom homebuilder “who demonstrates a high level of achievement in one of seven critical areas of the business”.

Mr. Kaye received the award based on how he is positioning his company for growth in a changing market, revamping project management and cost accounting procedures, improving efficiency and boosting profits.

Mr. Kaye’s nominations was submitted without his knowledge, by his employees who worked tirelessly on producing a binder displaying letters of recommendation and other criteria set forth by the Pacesetter award committees. This is a national award given yearly to a handful of deserving builders.
