More Satisfied Homeowners Salute Kaye Homes

Since it was founded in 1986, Kaye Homes has built more than 3,000 homes and has been showered with awards from the building industry and the public including being named "Best Builder" by the readers of the Naples Daily News for three consecutive years beginning in 2002. Although awards are appreciated as an acknowledgement of a "job well done", it is the letters the company receives from happy homeowners that mean even more to Kaye Homes and its staff.

Robert S. Berman wrote, "First and foremost, thank you and all your staff for the trouble-free progress that has been made in the construction of my new home. I have not only heard all sorts of horror stories about building, but have lived through one of my own. I can actually say that building with Kaye has been pleasurable."

Berman added that he visited his home site nearly every day and has seen not only progress, but progress to his satisfaction thanks in part to Kaye Homes' construction supervisor.

"I feel it safe to say that Bob who is supervising the project has a good grasp on coordinating your trade partners. Bob also does not hesitate to contact me with any answers to any questions I might have. In return for my satisfaction I daily recommend Kaye Homes and/or mention my on-going experience."

John Jaffee took the time to write to Stuart Kaye, President of Kaye Homes, about his positive experience looking for a new home.

Jaffee, who has gone through the homebuilding process on two other occasions, said he had looked at many new and resale opportunities in the Naples area before deciding Kaye Homes was the company to build his third home.

"The combination of the location and the quality of the Kaye models helped make our decision very easy," said Jaffee. "We are looking forward to a true win-win relationship as we build our new home."

In another letter Stuart Kaye was congratulated for purchasing and then building out the final buildings in the distressed condominium neighborhood of Wilshire Pines and bringing the vision to a successful conclusion.

"Please accept this short note of thanks for all of your assistance in facilitating my recent closure and possession of my home," said Dr. Drew A. Bednar. "The unit has certainly had its glitches through the two-year evolution of my ownership, but through all my experiences in Naples around this property your offices and your staff have been just fabulous in providing support to this happy customer."

Bedmar concluded his letter by saying, "I was particularly touched by your taking enough interest to step out yourself when we were own there for the actual closure. That gesture was very much appreciated. I hope we might do some further business in the future."
