Introducing Expo 08!

On Saturday, March 29 and Sunday March 30, Kaye Homes will be sponsoring a Home Expo 2008, from 11am to 4 pm. The Expo will feature and provide, with experts in attendance, information regarding credit repair, an FHA insurance program for homeowners that have lost their jobs and need assistance paying their mortgage, a program for 1% mortgage financing (which is a 30 year fixed rate, and 1% for the first year) and a 1 year price guarantee, so that if for any chance the real estate market does slip, the guarantee is to meet the appraised price within that year. All of the programs are based on bank approval, but many homeowners to be will be eligible. The Expo will also feature new model homes to visit, along with new trends in the real estate marketplace, such as green homes, home makeovers and much more. The location for the Expo is at the Kaye Homes model center at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Rd and Oakes Boulevard.
