Kaye Homes names DeCarlo human resources manager

Kaye Homes, Southwest Florida’s largest single family home builder, has appointed Lisa DeCarlo to the position of human resources manager. DeCarlo is responsible for training and development for more than 60 staff members, oversight of payroll and management of the employee benefits process.

Prior to her appointment at Kaye Homes, DeCarlo served as human resources manager for a general contracting company in Fort Lauderdale.

Originally from NJ, DeCarlo has been a Florida resident since 2002. She graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a degree in business administration, and is a current member of HR Collier.
