Beth Kosmerl named Vice President of Design Development.

Originally from Chicago, and a graduate of  the University of Illinois, Kosmerl relocated to Florida in 1984. She previously worked with Arthur Rutenberg in Sarasota and Naples as building company executive of their Quail Creek franchise. Beth has been with Kaye Homes for nine years. In her new position, she is responsible for custom and makeover departments, overseeing the design center, plan reviewing, cost estimating, value engineering, supervising the drafting department and updating construction policies and procedures.
