5. Prior to the building process, we review with you the plans for your new home.
6. Before the drywall is hung, we explain how the components of your home will work together, inside & out.

Kaye Homes managerial quality assurance walk-through.
8. At the walk-through orientation, we carefully inspect your new home together, with a detailed list.
9. On your day of closing, we re-inspect your new home, making sure that everything is in exact order.

After you have lived in your new home for a few months, we'll have a follow-up walk through, we understand the importance of your satisfaction, even after the sale.
